Suggested use
Now let's make some pancakes
All you need is water!
| Pancakes | Mix | Water | Make |
| 5-6 | 1 cup | 2/3 cup | Add lower end of recommended water amount to make a pancake batter. Add additional water as needed. Mix until just combined. Cook over low-medium heat on a preheated, greased skillet. Flip once and serve when golden brown. Pancakes may take several minutes to fully cook. |

For fluffier pancakes add 1 egg to small batches, or 3 eggs to the whole bag recipe, adjust water accordingly.
Prefer waffles?
To make waffles, blend 1 cup mix, 2/3 cup water, and 1 -2 tablespoon oil. Add more water as needed. Cook according to waffle iron instruction. Thicker batter will make the waffle easier to cook. Cook for additional time as needed.
Other ingredients
Tapioca starch, almond lour, organic coconut flour, whole egg powder, organic coconut sugar, potato flakes, sweet potato flour, leavening (monocalcium phosphate, baking soda), 2% or less of salt, guar gum.
