Hi is it suitable for 6 months old baby?
This food is designed as a first food, to be introduced anywhere from 4-6 months, depending on when your baby is ready. If your baby has lost the tongue thrust reflex, can sit supported, and shows interest in food, it should be good. My baby is turning 6 months tomorrow and I gave him this today for the first time. He loved it!
