Is it okay for a pregnant woman?
It depends on your comfort level. It is an infusion, so the herb concentration is not high. These herbs are also used as spices in a lot of different cuisines. However, high doses of nutmeg for example are not safe in pregnancy. Personally I would stick to the herbs that are established to be safe like ginger, nettle and raspberry leaf.
