Important: Read directions for proper use.
Adults and children 6 years of age and older:
- Use twice a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste
- Vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out do not swallow the rinse
- Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing
- Instruct children under 12 years of age in good rinsing habits (to minimize swallowing)
- Supervise children as necessary until capable of using without supervision
Children under 6 years of age: consult a dentist or doctor.
Warnings
Do not use if printed shrink band on cap is damaged or missing.

I remember when natural products became popular in the 1960s the big No noswere no phosphates, no animal products , no animal testing, no artificial colors and no additives or preservatives . I see this product says natural fluoride but also lists three different phosphates. It also has a very low percent sodium fluoride. Im not a chemist but I am trying really hard to keep my teeth at the age of 68.
I watched a one hour presentation by Dr. Ellie Phillips called My Complete Mouth Care Sytem. She said that smaller concentrations of fluoride have been proven by studies to "remineralize" the teeth. I believe that larger concentrations may have the opposite effect. In regards to the phosphates I read in an overview of a Nature scientidic review that little research has been done on Phosphates and they help with tartat build up however may possibly be counterintuitive to the remineralization/chrystalization process.
