Suggested use

We recommend dry brushing daily before a shower and ideally in the morning as it can be invigorating and energizing. For 3-5 minutes, brush upwards in small strokes with light pressure to start. Start at your feet working up to your chest and always toward your heart.

Avoid brushing on areas of broken skin. Follow dry brushing with your favorite lotion or body oil.
