Suggested use
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Place 1-2 cm (approximately a half inch) of the gel directly on the tongue and spread thoroughly inside the mouth. Use as required. Use within 60 days of opening.
Children under 12 years of age: Do not use unless directed by a doctor or dentist.
