The capsule is too big for me. Can I open it and put the power in water and drink it? Will it be harmful?
First of all dont waste your time on this particular mastic gum capsules. Its perfectly fine to open it and drink it in a glass of water. BUT this brand of Mastic gum isnt genuine. Its not real mastic gum. I tried it and it doesnt smell or taste like mastic gum. So I switched to a different brand which is a bit pricier but at least it is real mastic gum.
Is this supplement can really help in h pylori treatment? How many days it takes?
