What we put in:
- Buckwheat: Nutrient dense, gluten-free pseudo grain, primary source of protein and carbohydrate.
- Almonds: Primary source of protein, fat, fiber, and Vitamin E.
- Tapioca: Easy-to-digest, gluten-free carbohydrate originating from cassava root.
We added Omega 3 DHA, Vitamins, and Minerals
What we left out:
- No dairy or soy
- No corn syrup solids, no palm oil or GMOs
- No "nasties" e.g., artificial flavors, colors or preservatives

Suggested use
Before preparing, thoroughly wash hands, containers and all surfaces.
For best results follow the preparation table & instructions:
- 98-105°F: Prepare 4 fluid oz of lukewarm to warm water.
- Add 8 unpacked scoops (36 g) of powder to water.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- Add 4 additional fluid oz of lukewarm to warm water.
- Shake vigorously for another 15 seconds.
- Check drink temperature before serving. If need cool bottle under cold water.
