Suggested use
- Safe for people over 1 year of age who are not allergic to bees or bee products.
- Insert the nozzle into each nostril and depress the pump completely while breathing in through the nose.
- Spray 1-2 pumps in each nostril in any 4-hour period up to 3 times per day.
- Optional: Tilt head back for 1-2 minutes after spraying.
- Expect to blow your nose a few minutes after spraying. Always blow your nose gently.
- Clean the nozzle after each use. Store at room temperature or refrigerate.
- If nasal tissues are inflamed, it is normal for a short sting to occur, which goes away with repeated use. If it persists, discontinue use and seek the care of a medical professional.
Optional Cleansing Methods:
- Spray on a cotton swab, then swab each nostril.
- Spray the back of the throat.
