Suggested use

For children ages 4 and up, take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. Dissolve in mouth or chew before swallowing. No water necessary.

Other ingredients

Xylitol, dextrin, maltodextrin, crospovidone, modified food starch, beet root extract (color), stearic acid, natural flavors, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, citric acid, steviol glycosides.

Warnings

Not intended to treat insomnia or other sleep disorders.
