Suggested use

Adult suggested usage: 

All uses except jet lag: 1 tablet at or before bedtime or as directed by a physician. 

Jet lag: 1 tablet at bedtime, while traveling, and at destination until adapted to the new daily pattern, or as directed by a physician.

Other ingredients

Dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, turmeric powder (color), hypromellose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable grade), stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, silica, gum acacia, vegetable juice (color), maltodextrin, citric acid.

Contains no preservatives or sweeteners; no dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, sesame, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, or GMOs.
