Suggested use
To reconstitute, simply mix 3/4 cup of powder per quart of water in a blender and mix thoroughly. In recipes calling for milk, substitute reconstituted non-fat dry milk in place of milk.

The source of this powdered milk is from cow milk. Goat milk tastes different from cow's milk. Goat milk is more digestible than cow milk. Price of goat milk is considerably higher than cow's milk.
