Anybody who knows the capsule size (0, 0E, 00,...) I'd need to get 500 mg per capsule? The taste is a bit too tart for me. I asked the supplier for the loose bulk density but got no reply...
Acetyl L-Carnitine powder is pretty light and a bit fluffy, so around 500 mg usually fits in a size 00 capsule. If you want to be exact, you can weigh one scoop and test-fill a few caps, but 00 is what most people use for that dose.
