Suggested use

Adults, start with 1 softgel and take up to 2 softgels with water per day as needed 30 minutes before bed. Swallow whole.

Other ingredients

Rice bran oil, gelatin, glycerin, water, sunflower lecithin, beeswax, natural flavor, vegetable juice, titanium dioxide, maltodextrin, carmine.

Processed in a facility with products that may contain soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, milk, fish, shellfish, wheat and sesame.
