I somehow missed the part that said must refrigerate as I did not use it as soon as I had received it. It hasnt been refrigerated in 15 days now. But havent opened it yet. Can I still take it and it be effective or not?
Unfortunately probably not, as the probiotics are live cultures that will go bad if not refrigerated.
