Before tearing, shake envelope at top. Pour 8 oz of boiling water over the tea bag in a cup and steep for 3-5 minutes. Dunk the bag several times for the best brew. Use 2 tea bags for a stronger brew in a larger mug. Add milk, non-dairy milk, and sweetener as you prefer.
Iced Teeccino: Steep 2 tea bags in 8 oz boiling water. Pour over ice in a 12 oz glass and add milk and sweetener to taste.

I have noticed another brand has a Warning 65 on their label for potential lead in their product? Can you please explain why this is common with theirs and not with yours? I just want an answer from them and they are not providing any help to understand this. I like the look of yours tho. Thanks
Im not sure what brand has that warning. The mushroom tea I bought has great flavor and its very medicinal. Maybe the staple some tea company use is the reason for the warning. The tea I use does not have a staple.
