The length of time for "Best By" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.

Suggested use

Adults take 4 capsules daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner, with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food. Capsules may be opened, and contents may be added to water or juice.
