Due to the strength of Synedrex, we recommend assessing your tolerance by taking one serving (1 capsule) in the morning with breakfast. Once tolerance has been assessed, if you are looking for an additional boost of energy, take an additional serving (1 capsule) 4 hours later. Do not use this product within 6 hours of bedtime.
