Individual tolerances vary. To assess your tolerance, refer to the chart below. Ensure you achieve your comfort with each stage before increasing your dosage. Take 1 serving (2 capsules) with a glass of water and consume twice daily, 30-60 minutes before your two main meals (e.g ., breakfast and lunch). Do not snack between meals. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed 2 servings (4 capsules) in a 24-hour period. For best results, use for a minimum of 60 days in conjunction with a calorie- reduced diet and regular exercise program. Do not use for more than 8 weeks. Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
