The Science Behind Purity Balance
Purity BALANCE is formulated for coffee drinkers who prefer a lightly caffeinated coffee. While FDA scientists have determined that consuming up to 400 mg of caffeine (4-5 cups of regular coffee) can be part of a healthy adult diet, every individual reacts to caffeine differently. Those who are slow caffeine metabolizers, managing health issues or taking certain medications may benefit from reduced caffeine consumption while still getting similar antioxidant levels as regular Purity Coffee, when drinking BALANCE.

Suggested use
Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check your water temperature is between 195ºF and 205ºF. Once this bag is opened, try to keep air out and consume within 10 days for optimum aromatics. Ingredients: 67% decaffeinated arabica coffee and 33% regular arabica coffee.
