Suggested use
Before exercise, wrap the trimmer around your midsection directly to skin and securely fasten. Trimmer should fit firmly, but not so tight that it restricts breathing or movement. Workout as usual and remove trimmer when finished.
Pro Tips: To maximize your workout and increase sweat, first apply Sweet Sweat Gel directly to skin before putting on your trimmer. For a customized experience, also try Sweet Sweat Arm and Thigh Trimmers (sold separately).
How to Care: After each use, remove your trimmer and wipe off excess sweat with a dry cloth. For a deeper clean, apply Sweet Sweat Trimmer Cleaning Spray (sold separately) and wipe off or use a gentle soap and water. Hang to dry.
Warnings
Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer is designed to be worn during exercise for a maximum of 3-4 hours. Prolonged use may contribute to overheating - always remember to stay hydrated. Do not wear Waist Trimmer too tight, as this will hinder circulation and prevent optimal results. Waist Trimmer belt provides back support but is not a replacement for a weight-lifting belt or back brace.
